QUESTION 2: Can all four machines be installed within the same install interval or would the
VLM's need to be installed, then the Carousels?
ANSWER 2: All four machines shall be installed within the same install interval.
QUESTION 3: These machines require quite a bit of packaging, oversize pallets and crates so do we need to provide pricing for our own dumpsters (30 yd. per machine) or is the Navy responsible for providing these dedicated dumpsters?
ANSWER 3: The Navy is responsible for providing these dedicated dumpsters.
QUESTION 4: It is my understanding these machines were received some time ago? If the case, all items would need to be delivered to the jobsite in order for us to determine if any parts are missing. We cannot determine if parts are missing until we totally de-palletize and unbox each item. This must be done at the install site, not at the current offsite staging location.
ANSWER 4: All items will be delivered to the jobsite in order for the contractor to determine if any parts are missing.
