About this file
This document is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for the N4008025R9500 Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). Amendment 0006 adds several key updates, including:
- New attachments for the Pre-Proposal Conference, including a presentation and attendee log, a revised Price Proposal Form (Attachment H), and Price Performance Information (PPI) Responses. The amendment updates Section 00 21 00 - Instructions to Proposers by revising the list of attachments and provides clarifications on various technical details such as door schedules, painting specifications, site surcharge requirements, and small business participation. Notable confirmations include allowing 11x17 pages for the Critical Path Method Schedule, clarifying that Sustainable Third Party Certification documentation is excluded from page counts, and confirming that the construction duration of 801 days accounts for a 3-month waiting period after full height surcharge placement.
