About this file

This document is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30) for the N4008025R9500 Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). Amendment 0004 provides several key updates to the solicitation for large-scale U.S. military construction projects in Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia:

The amendment includes time-sensitive requirements for a pre-proposal conference and site visit at Naval Air Station Patuxent River on April 9, 2025, with specific base access instructions. It revises solicitation submittal requirements, allowing government-provided attachments to use 10-point Times New Roman font instead of the previously specified 11-point Arial. The amendment also clarifies utility work responsibilities, confirming that American States Utility Services (ASUS) will handle utility installations up to approximately 5 feet from buildings. Additionally, the document provides responses to various contractor inquiries, including confirmation of small business subcontracting plan credit rules and guidelines for construction experience submissions.
