Question:
In Attachment 2, a 12K Dust Collector is listed as required equipment. But, in Attachment 3, the document we are completing, there is no mention or line item for the Dust Collector. Is a Dust Collector, separate from the vacuum Blast unit, required?
Answer:
Attachment 2, outlines technical specifications in order to meet the minimum requirements to complete the Navy’s mission.
In Attachment 3, under the Statement of Work on 3. REQUIREMENTS it lists the need of 3.1. Temporary Blast, media and recovery system.
Contract Line Item Numbers 0001, 1001 and 2001 are a combined proposal in accordance with the Statement of Work with the Technical Specifications outlined in Attachment 2.
