Questions & Answers
Q1: We would not be able to supply 100% oil free air. I did not see breathable air noted anywhere in the spec, so if we can confirm that class 1 air per ISO 8573-1 spec that I have attached an image outlining is acceptable than we would be able to supply class 1 air if that is acceptable in place of “100% free oil free” air.
A1: I understand the question but unfortunately, we need 100% oil-free air due to the surface prep requirements. We can’t take on the risk of contamination in the tool air lines.
Q2: I see that it is calling for 100% Oil free. Do you know the application the compressor be used for?
The cost of oil free is usually double the cost of a normal air compressor, and there is very little availability for oil free.
Also do you have lengths of hoses that are required for the hose connections? I do not see any information on that.
A2: The LPAC SOW calls out 250ft of 3IN air hose in para. 3.1.1 and 200ft of Electrical power cable with camlock connections.
