N3904021Q0042 Amendment 0002 11/24/2020 Government Responses to Industry Questions:
1. Will all transcriptions be offsite?
a. Government response: All transcriptions will be completed offsite.
2. What is the anticipated volume of work?
a. Government response: We estimate approximately 400 minutes per month
3. What is the average length of a recording?
a. Government response: The recordings are usually 15 minutes to 60 minutes, but can vary widely.
4. Are there special formatting requirements for the final transcripts? i.e. we would typically produce transcripts in a standard 22 line double spaced format using a fixed with font like courier, we can provide other formats if required.
a. Government response: There are no special formatting requirements as long as the final product is a fully editable Microsoft Word document.
5. We use Exavault.com to transfer files, is this service acceptable?
a. Government response: It is likely that this service is acceptable as would most others that are not blocked by NAVNET WARCOM, and will accept the MP3 format.
