Statement of Work
Portsmouth Naval Shipyard
A VIGILO CAMERAS, MOUNTING HARDWARE and C-CURE 9000 INTREGRA TION SOFTWARE.
Introduction:
The Portsmouth aval Shipyard, Code 1122, maintains the security cameras relative to the security of the assets found here on the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. These cameras are placed strategically throughout the yard in various locations to monitor, detect and record events. They provide a level of safety and security by their presence as well. All cameras fail from time to time, and often new cameras have to be deployed to protect a new asset or based on incidents. As the cameras reach their end of life, fail or perhaps need to be updated, analog to digital or need to be deployed based on a new threat or assett, the specific model and type of camera needs to be on hand and readily available. The models of cameras need to match the current eguipment that is currently installed and have features that give us a high level of security such as analytics .
Objective:
To provide robust additional CCTV security cameras to the already established Avigilon Software Servers, DVR's and Client systems here at the Portsmouth aval Shipyard. As the current cameras that have been in place and begin to reach their end of life cycle they need to be replaced or augmented with the updated and newer styles models and features that the A VIGILON cameras currently provide to the Shipyard. This not only increases security by providing intricate details and HD quality video but allows for familiarity with the features and allows us to keep repairs to a minimum due to on hand replacement parts and training.
The A VIGILON CAMERAS, MOUNTING HARDWARE and C-CURE 9000 INTREGRA TION SOFTWARE consists of different models of cameras that are manufactured by A VIGILON and are currently our end to end platform which is consistent to the Avigilon Server DVR and operating systems. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard has two types of CCTV equipment, one being phased out and the other is A VIGILON. The A VIGILON products listed on the quote request are currently either in use at PNSY or will provide a replacement to the end of life analog cameras. These new cameras are digital and HD and are specific to the AVIGILON operating system.
The A vigilon Cameras included protections for Cyber Security Threats and these options.
• No backdoor administrative or maintenance access accounts
• Signed and encrypted firmware
• Disabling access to the operating system
• Fully encrypted control communication
• Transport Layer Security Secure Remote Password (TLS-SRP) for client-server connections
• Automatic firmware updates
• Approved for use at PNSY
The Avigilon Integration with Software House C•CURE 9000 Security and Event Management System software component is also sole source due to the Avigilon Platform interfacing with Software House C-Cure 9000 Access Control System.
This integration allows the shipyard owned Johnson Controls/Software House C-Cure 9000 to be interfaced to the A VIGILON platform and allows for the integration of cameras to our access
I control. Since Software House is a sole source product, this software integration allows for the AVIGLON software to be tied directly to the Software House C-Cure 9000.
