AMEND 0003 CHANGES
The following portion of the specification is changed:
FROM:
400 CFM Low Pressure, Oil-Free Air Compressor, 100 HP motor, 120 PSI, 225 Amp, 460 VAC, 3 Phase, with after cooler/inter cooler, refrigerant type air dryer. Including a 150 cubic foot air receiver with safety valves, hoses and fittings to connect to the unit. Upon delivery, contractor is required to make all hose connections between compressor, dryer, and air receiver, and all hose connections must have safety cables installed to prevent hose whip in case of accidental separation of coupling or clamp device. Equipment is to be provided with spare parts and air filters. The compressor/dryer assembly shall be a complete operating unit. It shall deliver 100% oil free air, and be equipped with an integral after cooler and a high temperature shutoff/alarm. It shall be air-cooled and enclosed in a weatherproof enclosure suitable for outdoor operation in 0 degree Fahrenheit (F) temperatures without the need for additional shelter/protection. The air dryer shall provide a pressure dew point of 34 to 38 degrees F at 1 atmosphere and be sized to be compatible with the system air compressor. The LPAC shall come with a 250 gallon Air ASME rated at 125 psig minimum.
TO:
Rental of 400 (+50/-0) CFM Low Pressure, Oil-Free Air Compressor, 100 HP motor, 120 PSI, 225 Amp, (Starting current not to exceed 400A), 460 VAC, 3 Phase, with after cooler/inter cooler, desiccant air dryer, 150 cubic foot air receiver with safety valves, hoses and fittings to connect to the unit. The compressor/dryer assembly shall deliver 100% oil free air, and be equipped with an integral after cooler and a high temperature shutoff/alarm. It shall be air-cooled and enclosed in a weatherproof enclosure suitable for outdoor operation in -10 degree Fahrenheit (F) temperatures without the need for additional shelter/protection. The LPAC shall come with a 250 gallon Air ASME rated at 125 psig minimum.
Air dryer shall be the first machinery component downstream of the compressor, if not integral to the unit.
Desiccant Air Dryers shall have at least two settings for dew point temperatures of –40ºF & –100ºF. Desiccant dryer shall use low pressure air from the compressor for its primary power and only a 120 volt single phase, 20A power source to operate its control panel. The desiccant dryer shall consume no more than 18% of the LPA input volume for purging to a –40ºF setting and no more than 20% LPA input volume for purging to a –100ºF setting.
The contractor shall, on delivery, make all hose connections between compressor, dryer, and air receiver, and all hose connections must have safety cables (Safety Restraint Devices) installed to prevent hose whip in case of accidental separation of coupling or clamp device.
All remaining Specifications remain the same.

2) “Rate/Unit/Week” is your quoted FOB Destination rental rate for 1 unit with a 1 week duration (there is no guaranteed minimum rental period for each request).
3) “Total” for each location will be calculated as the “Duration” multiplied by the “Rate/Unit/Week.”
4) “Total” for each year will be calculated as a sum of the “total” for each of the four locations.
Year 1:
Location Duration Rate/Unit/Week Total
PNSY: 12 weeks * $ = $
NLON: 12 weeks * $ = $
