Quality – Conduct delivery and pick-up inspections to verify the condition, ensure adherence to the specifications, and determine any liability prior to driver departure.
Timeliness – All contract deliverables are delivered and removed per dates stated in the contract.
Responsiveness - Respond to requests for maintenance or replacements within the timeframe outlined in the contract specifications.
Maximum Error Rate:
Quality – 0% Timeliness – 0% Responsiveness – 0%
Evaluation Method:
- The COR/PMM will coordinate delivery and document actual delivery date.
- The COR/PMM will conduct and document inspections of all units with the driver upon delivery. Damages or discrepancies will be annotated on company document at the time of delivery. The document will be signed by both parties.
- The COR/PMM will document the date and time the contractor was contacted regarding the need for repairs or replacement and the time of problem resolution.
- The COR/PMM will coordinate the date and time for pick-up and document any pick-up that occurs five business days after scheduled pick-up.
- The COR/PMM will conduct an inspection of the material with the driver at pick-
up. Damages or discrepancies will be annotated on company document by the driver noting any new damages that occurred during use. The document will be signed by both parties.
