BACKGROUND
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk is seeking information on qualified and experienced sources for planning purposes in an effort to derive a contract vehicle that will provide contractor support for Naval Information Forces
Command (NAVIFOR) in support of Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) administrative services.
This is an ongoing requirement where NAVIFOR has utilized contractor support at respective
Command locations to provide contractor personnel familiar with the fleet Concept of
Operations (CONOPS) development process, including doctrine organization, training, material, leadership, education, personnel, facilities, and policy to assist NAVIFOR N8 in the technical drafting and staffing of a Fleet Commander CONOPS addressing current and planned GEOINT
PED capabilities. Anticipated requirements for the continuation of this requirement can be found in the draft Performance Work Statement included within the Sources Sought.
NAVSUP FLC Norfolk is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for a non-personal services contract to support NAVIFOR GEOINT professional, technical, and administrative support.
This is a follow-on requirement to contract N0018921P0459.
