I. REQUIREMENTS Administrative Support DQIO will:

1.1 Devise an operating plan that defines the bioinformatics/medical analysis goals of the program and outlines the necessary requirements for meeting those goals.

1.2 Compose written and oral reports, as necessary. These reports will include what medical analysis is complete, in progress and in the future. They may also include risks that have been identified and proposed actions for mitigating the risks.

1.3 Evaluate the efficiency of medical analysis and report evaluations to the Program Director.

Analytic Support DQIO will:.

2.1Provide analytic advice and help defme data collection protocols.
2.2Define analysis methods that will be most appropriate for the data being collected and evaluate these methods with the program director
2.3Help compose data collection SOPs.
2.4Identify analytic tools that will be necessary as the program moves forward with data collection, curation and analysis.

II. DELIVERABLES

1. Administrative Support

1.1. Operating plan (Analytics Portion). This plan will include detailed information about the day-to-day operations of the medical analysis program. It will define what tasks will be performed, who will have the responsibility for the tasks, the timeline for the completion of the tasks and the financial resources need to complete each task.

1.2. Task-tracking tool (Analytics Portion). This analytics portion of the Task tracking tool will tell the leadership who is responsible for what tasks related to medical analysis and how complete the tasks are.

1.3. Meeting support (Analytics Focused). The PM and/or analyst will attend analytics meetings the program director deems necessary or useful.

1.4. Final report (Analytics Portion). Summary of progress made in the area of analytics during this PoP.

2. Analytic Support

2.1. Input on SOPs. The analyst will provide written comments for data collection SOPs.

2.2.Analysis plan for future data. This plan will outline what kind of analysis will need to be done, how long it will take and what tools will be needed.
2.3.Analysis or data reports, as necessary. At the program director's request, the analyst will provide the Core Administrative staff and/or clinicians with required analysis
