(Government answers are provided in red text)

Question: As per the ship check, it was noted that WI 330‐11‐001 paragraph 3.3 identifies 36 existing fluorescent light bulbs; however, we only found 13 on the AWR awning. Can you please revise the work spec to show only 13 light replacements so that I can price accordingly?

Answer: Please bid to the work package specs as written for WI 330‐11‐001, para 3.3 for 36 bulbs. 26 light bulbs will be installed and 10 will be turned over.

Question: In addition, WI 992‐11‐001 asks for replacement of all Air Handling Unit (AHU) filters, but provides no other information. Can you please provide the exact filter or similar that needs to be ordered, and how many total AHU's there are?

Answer: Information on the Air Handling Unit (AHU) filters will be provided through DoD safe to all companies that have requested references for this requirement.

Question: Lastly, WI 992‐11‐001 identifies 20 ceiling panels and tiles. Can you provide me with any specifications on these ceiling tiles, as there are none in the references.

Answer: Work package has been changed to remove the tasking of procuring/replacing 20 EA ceiling panels and tiles. Please see attachment HRMC‐022‐24_REV1_Redacted.
