3. EVALUATION FACTORS

a. The evaluation factors represent key areas of importance to be considered in the LPTA selection decision and include:

Factor 1 – Technical – Quote Information

An “Unacceptable” rating renders the proposal ineligible for award and no further evaluation will be conducted.

Combined Technical – Quote Information/Risk Rating Rating Description Acceptable An Acceptable rating means risk of unsuccessful performance is no worse than moderate, and the Offeror’s proposal must:

Meet the requirements of the RFQ Meet the requirements of the quote instructions in Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Have a satisfactory SPRS Supplier Risk Report, Unacceptable An Unacceptable rating, means risk of unsuccessful performance is high, and that the Offeror’s proposal:

“Risk” is defined as the potential for unsuccessful contract performance.
