1 General question Can the End User provide any as built drawings for the docking blocks detailing steel reinforcement, rigging points, concrete compressive strength rating?

2 General question Can the End User provide any site photos of the existing keel blocks? Not available.

3 General question

Are the current keel blocks elevated on wood or similar material cribbing so a heavy material handling forklift can be utilized? No, current blocks are sitting on the ground.

4 General question

The solicitation states The Contractor shall be a licensed Contractor in the State of Hawaii. Can this requirement be waived as long as the Sub-Contracted Crane/Rigging Contractor can furnish State of Hawaii permits, licenses, safety checks and insurance?

Yes, as long as the Sub-contractor is licensed in the State of Hawaii.
