Alphanumeric Pager Service

RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS (05/24/2023)

1. Question:

One-way or Two-way Pagers: Could you please specify whether the pagers you require should be one-way or two-way? This information is crucial for us to identify the right models that align with your communication objectives. Two-way pagers offer enhanced functionality, allowing users to send and receive messages, and facilitating real-time and interactive communication.

Answer:

One-Way pager only.

2. Question:

Encryption Capability: In terms of security, we want to ensure that the pagers we provide align with your requirements. It would be greatly appreciated if you could advise whether encryption capabilities are necessary for the pagers. Encryption plays a vital role in safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring secure communication channels.

Answer:

It (encryption) would be preferred but a lot of our current pagers do not support encryption.

The new pagers we received SPOK T5 do have encryption capabilities but I’m not sure if it is enabled.
