11) Contractor Question: Contractor received notification by the engineering team at Waygate Technologies (formerly Everest VIT) about the specification camera part number, and received this reply “they are already quoting this item directly with the Navy and are not permitted to issue a quote.”

Can you review and comment? We appreciate the opportunity to work with the Navy and would like to get the pricing for this camera:

5.4.6. Camera head with extension column is an EVEREST VIT PN. PTZ6.0140SHDN04 PTZ140 SS custom kit with tool column

5.4.6.7 Extension column per Everest VIT drawing 28200X2 (EVEREST VIT PN. PTZ6.0140EXTCOL)

Government Response: PHNSY doesn’t have the latest quote or pricing for the camera. It might be another shipyard that is working with Waygate.

Two years ago, we were given a quote saying the camera & extension were approximately $50,000. Prices have changed since then and if they want the exact pricing it would be necessary to figure out which “Navy shipyard” has this quote or go to the vendor directly.
