QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS FOR AFFF STORAGE

QUESTION: We would like to respond to the sources sought for this Notice ID. We found your information on SAM.gov or the PWS associated with that SAM.gov post. Can you provide information on what type of submittal is required for this stage of this opportunity?

Also, I didn’t see anything in the notice about location of the warehousing. Is there a geographical requirement for the storage location of the material?

RESPONSE: This requirement will be for storage only and require the contractor to be within a 50 mile radius of the Norfolk Naval Base.
