The estimated combined dollar value is which will be funded using fiscal year 24 funds. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 1901, Section 815 of the National Defense Authorization Act. The J&A cites FAR Subpart 13.5, specifically FAR 13.501(a), which authorizes the use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures for acquisitions greater than the Simplified Acquisition Threshold and not exceeding $7.0 million.
