About this file

This synopsis provides details for a pre-solicitation notice for worldwide chemical commodity supplies and services. The solicitation will be a firm-fixed-price, single award IDIQ contract with EPA labor and materials issued by the Military Sealift Command. Interested offerors must submit a completed NDA by 13 February 2023 to be eligible for the solicitation, which will be posted on SAM.gov on 12 January 2023. The contract period of performance is from 28 April 2023 to 28 April 2028. The scope includes shipboard chemical treatment, foam testing, foam supply, foam disposal, industrial gases, refrigerants, and related engineering support, evaluation, and troubleshooting services worldwide. The decision not to set aside this procurement for small businesses was due to a lack of reasonable expectation of quotes from two or more small businesses based on previous procurements.
