1. REF (A) IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:

A. AMEND PART I, MSC TANKVOY BOX 1 “VESSEL(S) REQUIRED” TO READ:

ONE, CLEAN, APPROVED, U.S. OR FOREIGN FLAG, DOUBLE-HULL TANKER,

WITH AN INERT GAS SYSTEM (IGS) AND SEGREGATED BALLAST TANKS

(SBT) THAT IS CAPABLE OF CARRYING A MINIMUM OF 200,000 BBLS OF

CLEAN PRODUCT (INTENTIONS F76) WITHIN VESSEL’S NATURAL

SEGREGATION IN DESIGNATED CARGO TANKS WITH DOUBLE-VALVE

ISOLATION AND WITH THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM PARTICULARS:

B. AMEND PART I, MSC TANKVOY BOX 1(Q) TO READ:

OWNER/OFFER MUST PROVIDE VESSEL STOWAGE PLAN DEMONSTRATING

VESSEL’S ABILITY TO LOAD A MINIMUM OF 200,000 BBLS F76 WITH A

MAXIMUM DRAFT OF 10.70 METERS.

C. AMEND PART I, MSC TANKVOY BOX 2 ‘CARGO DESCRIPTION,’ TO READ:

MINIMUM 200,000 BBLS F76

2. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
