About this file
This document provides an amendment to a solicitation for small arms training instructors. The Military Sealift Command is seeking quotes from small businesses for small arms training instructors to provide instruction at various small arms ranges and indoor simulation facilities at Fort Eustis, Virginia and the Combat Training Center at Yorktown, Virginia. The amendment updates answers to questions regarding security clearance requirements, the applicability of SCA code 15090, pricing instructions, and clarifies that a DD254 is not required. The deadline for questions is unchanged while the quote submission deadline is extended to March 2, 2023 at 1:00PM. Training will include qualification and requalification of instructors as range safety officers. The government will reimburse range membership costs and provide all weapons and ammunition.
