16. Description: The solicitation will be a fixed-priced time charter with reimbursable elements, with a performance period of one three hundred and sixty six (366) day firm period, four (4) additional one-year options and a fifth option of three hundred and thirty six (336) days. The solicitation will require time charter of One, clean, approved, approved U.S. Flag or foreign flag to be reflagged prior to delivery, tanker, with Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBT) that is capable of carrying a minimum of 40,000 bbls of clean product (intentions F76, JP5, JP8, or JA1) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. Anticipated lay days are between April 12, 2023 – July 12, 2023 and the length of the charter will be for four

(4) years and eleven (11) months. The vessel must be capable of worldwide operations.
