1. Must our Naval Architect be a full-time employee, or may we hire one as a consultant on an as needed basis?

Response: It is acceptable to hire one as a consultant as long as the offeror can submit a resume for the person they intend to hire as a consultant that shows they meet the qualifications in the RFQ.
