The following are answers to questions received from potential offerors. The answers provide clarification only and DO NOT constitute an amendment to the solicitation.
1. The RFP states that the vessel shall present at Piraeus for tank inspection. Can the tank inspection be conducted from the designated anchorage by sending the surveyors out via launch service or will contractor need to schedule a layberth for the required inspections?
ANSWER: Yes, the tank inspection in Piraeus can be conducted at the anchorage via launch.
