About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for a 75-day Jones Act tanker time charter. The solicitation seeks offers for the time charter of a vessel capable of maintaining a minimum speed of 11 knots while fully laden, with a maximum length overall of 215 meters. The amendment increases the required minimum speed of advance from the original solicitation and adjusts the maximum allowable vessel length. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. The solicitation was issued by the Department of the Navy Military Sealift Command and offers are due by the date specified in the original solicitation.
