About this file

This modification amends a solicitation for time-chartered tractor tug services in San Diego. The solicitation seeks five tugs for the base period and six tugs for option periods to support Navy Region Southwest bases. The requirement is for a fixed-price time charter with reimbursables for an initial period of 12 months plus three one-year options and one 11-month option. The amendment clarifies the evaluation criteria for past performance by reordering subsections on scope, magnitude and complexity of prior work experience. It also defines relevant past performance as contracts of similar scope, dollar value, duration and technical difficulty completed within the last three years.
