7.1.1 For estimating purposes contractor shall provide the Technical Field Service Representative onsite for a period of five (5) ten (10) hour days.

7.1.2 Background Information: While steaming along on both PTOs a cargo pump was started. The cargo pump had issues and a current load of about 3,000 amps was put on the PTOs all at once. This was more than the PTOs could handle and they dumped the load. Both units had malfunctions but only No.1 would reset.

Through remote troubleshooting with technical representative the ship’s force has been able to correct a number of the issues.

Control cabinet abinet still has a warning 053, it is 30205 inverter. Ship’s force checked the AOP and got the H30205 PU: zero curr sig miss alarm value of r2124. With tech rep guidance ship’s force performed recommended steps and an alarm value of 21 was received? Help button was used and it read index 0 value 21 and all the other index read 0?
