16. Description: The solicitation will be a fixed-priced time charter with reimbursable elements, with a performance period of one three hundred and sixty six (366) day firm period, four (4) additional one-year options and a fifth option of three hundred and thirty six (336) days. The solicitation will require time charter of one U.S. Flag double hull medium range (MR) tanker with an inert gas system (IGS) segregated ballast tanks (SBT) that are capable of carrying JP5, JP8, JA1 or F76 within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation.
Anticipated lay days are between April 12, 2023 – July 12, 2023 and the length of the charter will be for four (4) years and eleven (11) months. The vessel must be capable of worldwide operations.
