– a combination of lowest price and technical acceptability.

The total evaluated price will be the sum of both CLIN totals. To calculate the total evaluated price, the price per pole and price per bracket will each be multiplied by the quantities requested for a total price per CLIN. Both CLINS will be added together to arrive at the total evaluated price. IN ORDER TO BE FOUND

TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE, THE QUOTER MUST:

Make an affirmative statement that they are able to fulfill the supplies stated in the above CLIN’s and Make an affirmative statement that they take no exception to this combined synopsis/solicitation.

If quoting a brand name equal product, address the requirements of 52.211-6

It is recommended that interested quoters utilize and return the attached quote sheet (Attachment 1) to be found to have a technically acceptable quote without question. The required statements above are pre-populated on that quote sheet. Standard government supply clauses as shown below will be incorporated in any resulting purchase order. Quoter terms and conditions will not be accepted and quotes containing terms and conditions may be found not technically acceptable.

Technical acceptability also includes favorable performance ratings queried from the Government wide Past Performance Information Retrieval Systems (PPIRS) at www.ppirs.gov. Where PPIRS performance rating is not known, the rating will be considered acceptable. The contracting officer will rank quoters from lowest to highest price, review the technical quote of the lowest priced quote, and, if the lowest priced quote is technically acceptable, make the award without further evaluating the technical quotes of the other quoters. An award can only be made to quoters found responsible in accordance with FAR part 9.
