Text version
. The scope in section 2.0 specifies that the building width is 56ft but then the TFS requirements in section 3.0 calls for a building width of 53ft. Can you please specify which it is.
56 feet
. Is the width dimension measurement from inside baseplate to inside baseplate or an out-out steel measurement? The reason I ask is 53' or 56' (whichever it may be) seem specific to meet a site plan. Either dimension is not a concern to us, we just want to design correctly. If you have a building drawing that you'd like us to design accordingly to, I would like to have it.
Out-out steel
. Requested eave clearance is 18ft to accommodate existing garage doors - does this mean there may be an 18ft tall overhead door opening incorporated into this TFS at some point in the future? If there may be a door incorporated at a later date, would we need to design accordingly to accommodate space for a spring board header (which would consequently raise the sidewall higher)?
No
. Any restrictions or obstructions to construct around, do we have 15-20ft all around the building and interior clear? Any prevailing wage or specialty wages to adhere to for install?
