About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a naval procurement opportunity. The amendment extends the response due date from 07 Jul 2025 to 09 Jul 2025 and provides detailed answers to vendor questions regarding a requirement for two (2) Yokohama hydro-pneumatic submarine fenders to be installed at Naval Base Kitsap Bremerton. Key clarifications include that the vendor is not responsible for removing existing fenders, payment will be processed through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), a crane is available with advance notice, and the pier has air, water, and electrical resources on-site. The installation will involve the contractor arranging valves, inflating the fenders, connecting counterweights, and installing appendages, with Port Operations handling final positioning and securing of the fenders.
