1. Q: Will badges and parking passes be provided?

A: Additional requirements for badges and parking passes will be specified after contract award.

2 Q: Will there be a post-award conference available?

A: Yes. A post-award conference will be scheduled one week after award (see 9.2.1 in the statement of work.

3 Q: What is the status of existing furniture?

: Most furniture will be removed from the rooms by a team prior to start of work. Any residual furniture in the rooms will be moved prior to and replaced after installation by the contractor

4 Q: Is the expectation of the hallway to be one piece of carpet?

A: Carpet tiles unless a better alternative is identified.

5. Q: Has an asbestos test been completed?

A: Yes. If asbestos is found during the performance of this contract, the contractor SHALL cease and desist work and notify the Contracting officer and GSO IMMEDIATELY.

6. Q: Some equipment will cause noise during the replacement process, who will be responsible to inform downstairs neighbors?

A: The Government will provide notices to tenants accordingly.

7. Q: Can equipment and parts be stored onsite?

A: The Government will designate a storage space onsite after award.

8. Q: During work, will the work spaces be blocked off?

A: Yes, the work spaces will be off limits to casual access and foot traffic. Security and Safety teams will still have access to the work spaces as a precaution.

9. Q: Will contractors need to use the stairs or will a cargo elevator be accessible?

A: Arrangements for access to the cargo elevator will be after award.

0. Q: Will the door stops need replacement?

A: Yes.

11. Q: Are the working hours exactly 0700-1530?

A: If a contractor needs access outside the normal hours of operation, a request needs to be made in writing to the Technical Team at least 24 hours before access is needed. See 7.1 of the statement of work.

12. Q: Will transitions need to be replaced?

A: Yes. See 1.4.9 of the statement of work.
