NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to repair and/or modify the ordered quantities of spare repairable assemblies as included within this document. The spare repairable assemblies to be repaired and/or modified under this agreement are set forth by manufacturer's part number and constitute “Government Property” as defined in FAR clause 52.245-1 “Government Property” or 52.245-1 Alternate I, as applicable.
NAVSUP WSS is also seeking to determine if there are any commercial items (CI) or non-developmental items (NDI) that will satisfy the repair needs of this forthcoming procurement.
In addition, NAVSUP WSS is seeking any eligible small business firms including service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, certified HUBZone small businesses, and certified 8(a) capable of performing these repairs.
Nomenclature for Repair NIIN for Repair Pre-Driver Assembly 01-605-9960 Amplifier Assembly 01-604-0931 Power Supply Assembly 01-604-0927 Pulse Transformer 01-604-0924 Fault Detector 01-604-0922 Amplifier, Pulse 01-598-6274 Monitor, Radio Frequ 01-578-7121
Eligible contractors shall provide a submission to kathryn.hull@navy.mil no later than 13 Aug.
2018 that includes:
1) Company Name & Cage Code
2) Part Number/NIIN eligible to repair
3) Is your company the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)?
4) Is your company seeking to repair the P/N(s) in #2 as a CI or NDI part?
a) What is the CI or NDI repair part that will satisfy these requirements?
5) Is your company capable of repairing the P/N in #2 but your company is not the
OEM?
a) Explain how your company has the technical capacity to perform the necessary repairs.
6) Is your company a Small Business? If so, what type of Small Business?
7) Company POC
