Q&A

1. Would you please let me know if this is a new service requirement or a renewal to a prior agreement? If you would please let me know the prior award ID number?

a. The contract number for the prior award is N0025917P0265.

2. My first question/ concern would be sourcing parts for older(5yrs+) microscopes while still complying with the two day shipping time. Due to the current supply situation that will be difficult.

It would help me ease my vendors minds if you could provide more information on the microscopes, so that my vendor is aware of what resources they will need in place before taking on this project. My final questions would be if possible, who is currently servicing your labs, and what is the total budget for this contract? This is information will help me provide the best/ most accurate service.

a. Please see attached Naval Medical Center Listing Sheet for microscope information.

b. The contract number for the prior award is N0025917P0265.

c. Cannot disclose total budget for contract.

3. I’m reaching out regarding Solicitation No. N0025922Q0008, for maintenance on the referenced microscope systems. The SOW references an attachment with a list of microscopes to be covered.

Can you provide this attachment?

a. Please see attached Naval Medical Center Listing Sheet for microscope information.

4. What is the name of the manufacturer? Is there a BOM? Part numbers and quantities?

5. Would there be an available inventory of equipment with serial numbers?
