VENDOR QUESTIONS WITH ANSWERS

Question 1:

Line item 1: Is there a current amount in the Wastewater tank? What is the gallon for liquid and amount for solids?

RESPONSE: There is approximately 4,000 gallons of liquid and solid waste. There should not be an extensive amount of solid waste in the wastewater tanks. However, there may be some granular carbon dust at the bottom of the tank.

Question 2:

Line item 2: What is the total amount of gallons that will be remained in tank to pump into IBC totes?

RESPONSE: Approximately 4,000 gallons in the wastewater tank would have been removed along with any solid waste (e.g. carbon particulates). The tank will be pressure washed until the tank is clean. The water used to pressure wash the tank will be pumped into the IBC totes. There should be no remaining fluids in the tanks once pressure washing is complete.

Question 3:

Line item 2: Hazwaste material, what type of hazwaste is it? Is there a SDS on the product that is current stored in tanks? What is the current amount of liquid and solids?

RESPONSE: The contents of the Wastewater Tank is predominately “black” water. There may be some carbon striated in the water column, and there is likely some trace Otto Fuel due to the apparent failure of the carbon columns. The SDS# is 519. This would be a combination of approximately 4,000 gallons.
