About this file

This exhibit provides contract data requirements and testing details for oil-filled absolute pressure switches. The Navy seeks a quality, inspection, and test plan within 30 days of award, detailing procedures to ensure conformance to specifications. First article and production lot samples will undergo 100% and 4-unit sampling inspections respectively. Test reports are due with first article and production lot deliveries no later than 15 days after completion. Progress reports are due within 30 days of first article acceptance and every 7 days thereafter, covering schedule, costs, performance, and corrective actions. The contractor must manufacture and deliver 250 pressure switches to Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division in Keyport, Washington within 180 days of award, with an option for 1,000 additional switches over subsequent years.
