About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for a federal Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00244-26-Q-0108 issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego.

The document addresses two substantive questions from potential offerors. Regarding RFQ extension, the government confirmed that 16 September 2026 is the maximum extension date allowable due to fiscal year constraints, with contract award required by 30 September 2026. On the requirement's status, the government clarified this is a new requirement with no incumbent contractor or previous contract number associated with it. These responses indicate this is a fresh solicitation for geopolitical analysis subject matter expert services to support Naval Postgraduate School, with no prior performance history to reference.
