About this file

The file is a pricing spreadsheet for a Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Provost Search Committee service support solicitation (N00244-25-Q-S002). The pricing document covers a base period from 7/1/2025 to 1/30/2026 with an optional extension from 1/31/2026 to 7/30/2026. The solicitation seeks executive search support services to identify candidates for the Provost position, with the current salary cap set at $204,000 for an AD11 level position. The pricing sheet indicates a total cost of $0 for both the base and option periods, suggesting potential negotiation of additional incentives such as recruitment, retention, and relocation packages. The associated federal contract opportunity requires a comprehensive, multi-faceted academic search and recruitment campaign to develop a candidate pool that aligns with NPS's strategic vision and goals for the Department of the Navy.

The position is an AD11. The current salary cap is $204K (This changes yearly based on the cost of living increases provided to the executive branch). AD pay scale for NPS. For example during the last search we negotiated a multiyear recruitment incentive as well as relocation incentives.
