QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Question 1: On page 46 of 78 of the Solicitation document, 5.2 and 5.3 ask for subcontractor’s pricing. We will be working with a subcontractor but will not have a separate pricing as the one single pricing will be all inclusive of all costs associated with our (prime) and the subcontractor’s work. Please advise if a separate subcontractor’s pricing information is required.
“5.2 Submission of Cost/Pricing Information, Subcontractor(s) if applicable Submission of Cost/Pricing Information, Prime Contractor/Subcontractors (if applicable):
5.3 Each offeror’s price proposal, including subcontractor(s), MUST be submitted in a spreadsheet/Microsoft EXCEL format with embedded and working calculations. DO NOT SUBMIT THIS SPREADSHEET IN PDF FORMAT. The use of macro commands is neither desired nor encouraged. Contractor price spreadsheets are to be included in one work file to alleviate the need to combine, add, or transfer data from different work files. There is no page limit for price information.”
Response 1: Pricing inclusive of all costs associated with the prime and subcontractor’s work is acceptable.
Separate subcontractor pricing is not required.
Question 2: The section 5.1 and 5.2 on page 46 of 78 of the solicitation document ask for “submission of cost/pricing information” of prime and subcontractor. Could you please clarify what detail or information you are looking for?
Response 2: Section 5.1 and 5.2 on page 46 will be deleted from the RFP. Section 5.3 and 5.4 details the submission requirements for the price proposal.
Question 3: Is the section 5.4 different from what you are requiring in 5.1 and 5.2 on page 46 of 78 of the solicitation document?
Response 3: Section 5.1 and 5.2 on page 46 will be deleted from the RFP.

Response 5: “It also includes the offer and signature page” will be deleted from the RFP.
Question 6: For Volume II- Past Performance, can you clarify if a copy of the OPPD should be included in proposal?

Response 7: Per section 4.3 of the RFP, in addition to the OPPD, offeror’s shall include in Volume II, a one to two-page document listing all potential references. Information to be provided is reference name, address, phone number, email address, and any other identifying information with respect to eh the OPPD such as Contract Number or type of work provided.
In addition to the OPPD and the one to two-page document listing all potential references, offerors may submit past performance information regarding the following: predecessor companies, key personnel who have relevant experience and subcontractors that will perform major aspects of the requirement.
