This design must allow for precise operation and the tight turning capabilities necessary for navigating around sensitive, closely spaced obstacles such as airfield lighting, while maintaining superior traction. The tractor must be equipped with a weight transfer system to enhance performance, and all primary operational controls, including speed, direction, and attachment lift, must be consolidated into a single-hand control lever system. The tractor shall be outfitted with 22x12-8 all-terrain tires, rear weights for ballast, front fenders, and operator footpegs.Dimensions and Weight: The tractor must have a wheelbase of approximately 45 inches and a width (with single tires) not to exceed 48.5 inches. Its operating weight, inclusive of required rear weights and fenders, must be approximately 1770 lbs. The overall height of the tractor with the cab installed must not exceed 9.5 feet.Engine and Operator Accommodations: The power unit must be a minimum of 32.5 horsepower, three-cylinder, liquid-cooled gasoline engine with a displacement of approximately 962cc. The operator's station must include a high-back, suspension-equipped seat with armrests and a seatbelt.Lighting and Cab: The tractor chassis must be equipped with quad front-mounted LED headlights, each providing at least 1000 lumens of illumination. A separate, fully enclosed, all-weather cab is required, complete with a front windshield wiper and washer system, a cab heater, and a defroster fan. The cab must be equipped with a supplementary lighting package that includes hazard lights, turn signals, dual red LED taillights, and a roof-mounted, breakaway LED strobe light for high visibility.Snow Blower Attachment: The accompanying front-mounted, two-stage snow blower must have a clearing width of exactly 52 inches. It must feature a 16-inch diameter, double-spiral, serrated, solid steel auger and a 20-inch diameter fan. The discharge chute must have integrated liners to reduce snow leakage and be hydraulically rotated a minimum of 220 degrees via the tractor's primary control lever. The chute's double-hinged deflector angle must be adjustable via a 12-volt electric actuator, controlled by a dash-mounted switch. The attachment must also be equipped with a reversible, high-carbon hardened steel cutting edge, a front crossbar for protection, and a tool for clearing clogged snow. For ground contact, it must feature both rear shaft-mounted adjustable cast iron skid shoe discs and side-mounted, 3/8-inch abrasive-resistant steel skid shoes.2.
