About this file
This document is a Contract Award Notice for Solicitation Number N0018925P0022 for Relocation Services. The contract was awarded to ADVANCE RELOCATION SYSTEMS on November 20, 2024 for $51,925.00. The relocation services include the movement of material and equipment from Ward Hall at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland to other buildings on the Academy grounds, as well as providing all necessary packing materials. The scope of work requires qualified personnel, careful handling of equipment, and adherence to a specific schedule, but does not include any disposal of items or large copier relocation. The destination buildings do not have loading docks, so the contractor must plan for unloading at grade level. The contractor must be a certified member of the International Office Moving Institute and the American Trucking Association.
