About this file

This document contains an installation access request form and information on a related federal contract opportunity. The installation access request form collects visitor information such as name, date of birth, driver's license details, and sponsor details needed to request a day pass or longer term DBIDS access to the NSA Mechanicsburg facility. The related federal contract opportunity from the Naval Supply Systems Command seeks modifications to update this installation access request form, with the new form to be provided if a firm requires base access. Firms are asked to submit the completed form and screening request worksheet electronically via encrypted email to the listed NSA email address at least 14 days prior to the needed access start date. Re-vetting is also required a minimum of 14 days before any expiration dates to prevent delays in continuity of base entry.
