Safety relief valve for each stage.
Solenoid valves (115v / 60Hz) for automatic drainage of the separators.
Unloaded starting relief and automatic condensate drain system.
Condensate demister to easily dispose of condensate drainage (includes condensate container).
Resilient mounts including drainage hoses and air/gas outlet hose.
Non-return valve mounted to air/gas outlet hose.
Oil monitoring sensor
High air/gas temperature shutdown sensor
Final pressure sensor
Final gas filtration for oil free gas delivery, 0.01 micron and 0.01 ppm oil content.
Compressor control system – 460v – (including motor starter) for starting/stopping the compressor, and monitoring the oil, air/gas outlet temperature and outlet pressure of the compressor, NEMA 4 and in accordance with UL508A
Air Quality
0.01 micron / 0.01 ppm oil separator
WIPS
200FT long WIP compatible with the outlet pressure of the compressor (½”, 5000PSI with ½”male NPT stainless fittings at each end).
Trailer
One or two axle enclosed, road-legal trailer rated for the total weight (GVWR) of the HP Compressor and equipment.
Compressor mounted just forward enough of the center axle (CL of gravity) so that personnel can enter back of the trailer without tipping the trailer.
Small cable and hose access doors (doggie-doors) to allow power cable and air WIP to exit the trailer with minimal interior heat escaping.
Electric heater (s) installed to keep ambient air at/above the 40 deg. F low limit for HPAC operation. Must have adequate BTU output to meet the operational cold weather requirement of the enclosed HPAC.
Trailer must have louvers, fans, power connections, oil sump heater, hoses, and cable reels, access doors/ramps to allow for entrance, maintenance and operations.
Tow coupling can be a ball (appropriate size ball for the weight) or pintle ring.
Louvre-doors/slats (closeable for winter) to allow for adequate HPAC cooling air flow in the summer.
Cable/WIP hooks and brackets for coiling up the 200FT WIP and 100FT power cable.
Base Frame
Complete package wired and mounted on skid.
Motor controller rated at 480VAC, 3 phase, 3 hot – 1 ground (A-phase black / B-phase white / C-phase red), with a 100FT long power cable rated for (max) 200 amps service (compressor, heaters, control circuits inclusive). NABSON 5609G23 “Anderson” plug on the end.
ASME Cylinder Assembly with mounting frame.
Manual
A technical manual for operating the HPAC and heaters; instructions / troubleshooting guide and parts list.
