About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) record from a federal contract opportunity procurement process. A prospective contractor submitted a clarification question regarding the frequency range specifications for a Generator, asking whether the client required a 370MHz or 600MHz low-end frequency, noting that both options have a 3GHz upper limit. The contractor assumed the requirement was 370MHz to align with the RMS (likely Reference Measurement Standard or similar requirement). The response from the contracting officer or client confirmed that 370MHz is the correct low-end frequency specification for the Generator, establishing the frequency range as 370MHz to 3GHz.

Text version
Q: I had a question: On the Generator...which frequency range did your client want? 370MHz or 600MHz? The top end for both is 3GHz but I need to know the low end freq. I am assuming it is 370MHz to fall in line with the RMS.
A: 370MHz
