About this file
This document is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for a sole source contract award for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) to procure voice communication servers, communications panels, and licenses from Quintron Systems, LLC. The estimated cost of the proposed contract action is $. The items are required to integrate with the existing systems, and using another product would result in rework and retesting that could not be recovered through full and open competition. Quintron Systems, LLC is the original equipment manufacturer with no authorized resellers available, so this limits competition. The product delivery is required within two weeks after receipt of order. The contract will be firm fixed price, and award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Proposals are due by August 1, 2024, with an anticipated award date of August 16, 2024.
