1. Question: When must AS9100D certification be in place to qualify for this opportunity?

Answer: As this is a Request for Information only, all interested parties are welcome to submit a capability statement to include their abilities to meet requirements and certifications.

2. Question: I cannot access https://assist.dla.mil/online/start/ to find copies of Government specifications, standards, handbooks, and guidance data.
