STATEMENT OF WORK

WATCHTOWER MOBILITY MANAGEMENT

FY25

1. As required by PMS-408, the Joint Counter Radio-controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (JCREW) project requires Naval Support Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC-IHD) to maintain a development environment mirroring the development environment of the prime vendor. JCREW is mandated via PMS-408 to monitor and verify the software products developed by the JCREW prime vendor and delivered to the Government for the JCREW System of Systems (SoS).

2. Watchtower is a powerful tactical Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solution used to provision and manage Android, Android Enterprise, and Integrated Visual Augmentation System (IVAS) devices. Watchtower is designed to support numerous mission Concepts of Operation (CONOPS) and end-user capability sets in unclassified, tactical collateral secret, and secret enclaves. Watchtower provides a complete and secure Life Cycle Management (LCM) capability in constrained environments at-the-edge. Watchtower provides a single ecosystem for device configuration management (CM), provisioning, governance, security, app management, and analytics. Unlike traditional commercial off-the-shelf MDM solutions, Watchtower provides mechanisms to automatically configure components at an enterprise level that typically require manual touchpoints in a tactical environment, including apps such as ATAK and ATAK plugins. A significant benefit to our customers is that it can be customized to fit specific military applications.

WatchTower is/will be utilized as a Software deployment system. It makes sure that the appropriate devices get the right SW pushed to it. Each device (tablet) is unique. (Similar to the same way a cellphone receiving an update.)

WatchTower offers security and compliant solutions to meet mission critical requirements while ensuring data protection and compliance.

3. JCREW requires:

--Sherpa 6 WatchTower Cloud USGov (cloud solution) --Set up and training -- IL-4 Cloud Hosting and Support --Quantity required: 100 seats (covering 100 devices)
