About this file

This modification amends a solicitation for wastewater removal and treatment services. The Naval Sea Systems Command is seeking these services for wastewater generated at NSWC Indian Head. The modification revises contract clauses, the basis for award, and answers questions received in response to the original solicitation. It removes two small business subcontracting plan clauses and revises clause 52.212-5. For the basis for award, at least 50% of the amount paid to first-tier subcontractors must be to entities similarly situated to the offeror. The incumbent is Potomac Environmental and questions were answered regarding waste characterization, permits, and analysis availability but not load manifests. All other terms remain unchanged and questions should be directed to the point of contact provided.
