About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for a high-performance GPU server, fiber optic transceivers, and fiber optic cables (Solicitation No. N0016724Q0295) issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD).

The amendment revises the minimum specifications for the required items, including details on the server processor, memory, storage, graphics processing units, interconnect, security, networking, operating system, motherboard and chassis, and power supply. It also provides specifications for the fiber optic transceivers and fiber optic cables of varying lengths. The solicitation is a brand name or equal set-aside for small businesses, with a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method. Quotes are due by 29 August 2024, and the Government intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order without discussions. Questions and clarifications must be submitted by 26 August 2024.
