About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) modification of contract issued by NSWC Crane Warfare Center, Naval Sea Systems Command on August 20, 2026, to increase the total quantity of Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0002 from 121 to 174 units, representing an increase of 53 units. The modification also adds information to CLIN 0002 and includes a tailored Foreign Military Sales (FMS) clause. The contract number is N0016426Q0286, and the contracting officer is Jilda E. Tow. The contract requires construction of Hydrophone Crates in accordance with attached Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), a Statement of Work, and Drawing 6544995 Rev D. The contract specifies firm fixed price quotations including shipping FOB Destination to Crane, Indiana 47522, with delivery time requirements, and invoicing to be conducted electronically via PIEE/WAWF within Net 30 days. The acquisition is set aside for small business concerns and will be awarded using FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. CLINs will be split at award for funding purposes. Non-compliant quotes may be rejected without further consideration.
The modification also makes changes to contract clauses by replacing DFARS Clause 252.225-7027 (Restriction on Contingent Fees for Foreign Military Sales) with a tailored version specifying that contingent fees for sales to the Government of the United Kingdom are unallowable in any amount, and contingent fees for sales to other governments are limited to $50,000 per foreign military sale case unless previously approved in writing by the foreign customer before contract award.
